She sounds better though, you're working hard on her behalf. Now that you are not seeing bile, it means she is getting the nutrition...

This morning she looks much better. Comb is red again and the mass is smaller than a quarter (somewhat less than half yesterday's size)! She continues to be in a warm isolated place and have free access to water. Mostly she is resting quietly in the back of the dog crate in my basement. I will continue with olive oil/bread/tomato mix and massage of crop since it seems to be working and get her a little yogurt to try soon. One poop from last night is smallish but normal looking.
 
Good news emys! Sounds like she's on the mend.
Just keep an eye on her when you do put her back with the flock. Sometimes the others can be pretty mean when one of their brothers/sisters got to take a vacation and they didn't!
