Question regarding blue egg layers

I have three EE's who regularly lay about 5-6 eggs a week. They all lay three days in a row, then take a day off and start over again. Unlike our Golden Comets and Cherry Eggers who lay the same time every day, the EE's lay early in the morning at the beginning of the cycle, then the next day about 4 hours later, and the third day about 3 hours later than the day before. Then they take their day off. Our eggs range from blue to green, and they have the hardest shells of all of our girls.

I have one EE. She doesn't seem to lay as many eggs as my BO and Black Star. She seems to lay 4-5 eggs a week where they lay 6-7.
