question regaurding rhode island reds and astrolorps

I have a few questions
1 are astrolorps the same size as Rhode island reds?
2. Are their temperament the same?

Aussies are usually a little smaller, but with hatchery stock you might not notice much difference. Aussies are also known for being pretty laid back and docile. Some hatchery Reds, especially the roosters, get pretty darn mean.

My Austrolorps are definitely bigger than my RIRs, I have show stock in both. Mine are bigger bodied, framed and heavier than my RIRs
