Question, what happened to the thread about The Classroom @ The Coop

Was it moved? removed? The thread in question was the only way I learned of their new address. If it was removed because it is viewed as a competitive site I think we are being very short sighted. I think some of the best genetic info on the web is found there. I also think that BYC provides excellent info, often by folks that frequent both sites, and is much more active. I don't think the shareing of information can ever be detrimental to common interests. This morning I linked a new chicken owner to BYC from our local backyard Meetup group forum, which formed after meeting up with each other here.

Unfortunately, yes...on BYC it is seen as competition. No idea why, especially since the Coop is geared towards the genetic gurus like Krys. I'll see if I can't hook you up with the new address.

go to the-coop.com and click on "Classroom" at the bottom of the circular menu. It's working now. I agree with the above posts--it isn't competition--the level of conversation is dramatically different.
