My chicks are 10 days old and I figured I would let them get some sun and have fun with some grass.. I put them in my greenhouse of course with the doors and window open at first they seemed happy but then they seemed nervous my auracana kept her beak open .. Do you think they were just to hot? What happens in the coop ? Can they overheat?

See living in the NW we can keep our cooler 90 seems way to warm

Thank you I think it was just the greenhouse .. What temp should they be at 2 weeks ? I keep them at 86 in brooder.. Should I start lowering it.. I read I can transition them to coop at about 4 weeks is that good? And one more question can I put stones on the floor of the run?

Chickens like to dust bath. Sand in your run is a better option for chickens. Also easier to keep clean.
