I have two hens. I went out around 6 to find 2 eggs. About 8 o'clock there was another egg! Is that possible for a hen to lay twice in one day!?!

No, either that one of those eggs was laid the night before or you have a stowaway

Not frequent, but certainly possible. I've had it happen a time or two
