Should I worry if a chic has not hatched by day 24 ? I can hear it should I help this chic? I am new to hatching eggs

What has your temperature and humidity been during incubating? If you can hear it it may be fine. If your temp was off it could take longer

I would let it do it’s thing. Low temp would delay development/hatch. I have never had one go that long. One thing I have learned is that if the chick can’t make it on its own they likely have an underlying issue.
