Can I keep different species/ color varitations of quail together? Ie. California Quail w/ Northern Bobwhites w/ Snowy Bobwhites?

No to different species together. Bobwhites tend to pick on others, IME. Regular and snowy bobs together... not 100% sure. I would think ok though.

It depends on individual birds. I've kept bobwhites and californias together, but it can't always be done. Different colour varieties are all the same species, it's the same as keeping multiple of the same colour. Some bobwhites have to be kept in individual pairs (because of aggression), but others thrive in a large flock.
