she returned this morning, I found her walking back from the field, flying over the fence to the top of the coop so it's was pretty easy to pen her up

yea. I lost my chook and tried everything to get it back, but the grass is always better on the other side. so she decided to stay there cuz in newzealand theres lots of bush and grass and stuff, so she stayed away, theres also lots of wild and lost chooks down where I live so assumed she joined them. sigh.
