So i've posted many pictures of my questionable silkie who we deemed a girl. So she is molting really bad right now and is 27 weeks....She hasn't crowed hasn't laid and egg but today I noticed 2 very small tiny little pink wattles. She has no comb to speak of so is it still safe to assume she is still a she.

I would lean toward yes, but personally I never even attempt to sex a silkie until it crows or lays...unless it has a huge comb.

I'd say she too going by the pics, a roo would be more than likely crowing now, what is she/he like behaviour wise? this can also help somewhat in determining gender I have found, any very recent pics that you could post would be great, really sweet looking bird in any case

I'd say rooster. My girls don't have any combs and big hairdo's. From what i understand, silkies take a while to mature. Cute boy
