Questionable spots on yolks

I’ve had blood spots in my eggs before, but these look to be more black. The eggs effected looks to be from my new layers. (About 5 months old)
Are these safe to eat, or safe to be scrambled and given back to my chicks?

They look like blood spots to me.
If the eggs are fresh, pick the spots out, cook and eat the eggs or if you wish, give the ladies a nice scrambled egg treat.
