Questioning discoloration?

I got crele OEGB from cackle hatchery and they have these black spots on there legs and discoloration

Also on offspring she has no infections and a low possibility of mites and wanting to know if the hatchery is responsible for bad breeding

It’s a genetics thing, not a health issue. I had the same thing happen with an OEGB from tractor supply, she had one blue toe that she passed to one of her daughters.

Maybe just due to all crossbreeding to make the variation
