Barred rocks (and other barred/cuckoo breeds) are naturally sex linked, girls have a small head spot, boys have a spot that runs down the head. But the genetics aren't 100% anymore

Here’s them side by side. There’s 2 of the more grayish/blue ones and they’re a bit bigger than the black one. Their head spots aren’t very prominent like all the barred rock chick pictures I’ve seen. Thank you to everyone for all the help

They are certainly Barred something, not Laced Barnevelders.
I think both of those are male, based on the amount of white in their feathers, but of course I could be wrong.

It looks like the darker one is black and the lighter one is "blue" (really gray, but it's called blue in chickens.)
So they might be two different kinds, or they might be one kind that comes in both colors.
