Questions about Brewers yeast

I have been adding a bit of brewers yeast from my local health food store but the price is high. I was doing some checking on the google and found several different brands fairly cheap.

I was wondering if brand makes a difference on the birds eating it?
Also are the nutrients about the same?
And some I noticed are debittered, does that help/make much of a difference to the birds?
What brands do you use?
