I have had very little experience with this....in fact, only with chicks hatched with such severe crossbeak they didn't survive.
When I was at my mother's house a few days ago I picked up her very sweet little Barred Holland and noticed she has a crossbeak. I have no clue if she came that way from the hatchery or it developed later. My mother had not even noticed. It is fairly minor and she seems to function perfect.
What I am wondering though, how often do they continue to get progressively worse? I plan to go check her frequently to make sure it doesn't need trimmed to assist with eating, etc. She is about 16 weeks old right now, so is there much chance it will get worse or should this be as bad as it will get?
