Questions about Failure to Thrive

Hi all! Ive searched this site for many helpful things when it comes to my chickens and its always been very helpful. I currently have a chick i believe hat has FTT. Can anyone tell me what to expect? He/she, we'll go with him, was hatched on Oct 12th by a local poultry hatchery and i got him from a feed store that he was shipped to. He came out of a ST Run bantam bunch. I have 2 other bantams that i bought from a local breeder that are roughly about a week older than he. Ive included some pictures. Theyre also in with 2 amerucana and 2 wyandotts which are standards.

Sometimes they just aren't vigorous. It could be inbreeding, poor nutrition or genetics in breeders or incubation issues.
Have you tried probiotics?

I have not, ill go down to the feed store tomorrow and get some. Everyone else,is doing great.
