Found out my girls had fowl pox on the 8. I only had 2 girls that was laying at the time. For the past 10 days I haven't gotten one egg. I've placed extra nutriments in there water and been giving them extra treats. Even put up a flock block for them to chow down on. The past few days there's been a lot of features around in there coop and run. None of them appear to be loosing feathers but there's a lot around the place. Can fowl pox cause this or is there something more? I'm home all day and can take pictures if y'all like. Thanks for any help.

Look them over, especially around the head and neck, vent, and under the wings to see if you see any pin feathers coming in on anybody, that would indicate a molt. Sometimes a molt is very gradual and not very noticeable, except for the feathers lying around, and sometimes it's a hard molt and very obvious. Either a molt, or the fowl pox could be the reason for them not laying.

Hi Candy,
To my knowledge, Fowl Pox does not cause feather loss. Egg production will often go way down or even stop until the Fowl Pox runs it's course. How old are your hens? I believe my first experience with hens molting fully was in their second fall.
I got my girls this past spring. They was about 3 weeks old when we got them.

I have checked them over and will post pictures but non seem to be molting...

Here are some different pictures of how pox can look in different chickens:
