Even if they are vaccinated, youll want to update the vaccine ecspecially if it hasnt been given in the last 6 months. If they are not vaccinated, they may need to be quaranteed....

Seeing a fox or coyote at dusk doesn't mean it's sick,,,most likely just hungry and up an hour early.
I activly hunt them and sunset and the next hour are very productive times to see them.
I'd guess it was just up a little early and the dogs were still out and was caught by suprise,, a fox isn't a big animal by any means. If it happened at noon and was activly attacking multipe dogs it has something wrong.
