I am new to chickens. I want to save up some eggs to put in incubator.
1. Once I collect the eggs how do I store them till I get enough to incubate?
2. When do I candle them? What am I looking for when I do candle them?
3. Is there a site where I can go to to learn more about incubating eggs?

There is a forum you can go to " Incubating and Hatching Eggs." You will love it. As for collecting I'm not the best I write the date on the eggs and store in our storage room and turn them at least once a day. I have eggs in the bator now. Once you start you can't stop. If using your own eggs, you should be very successful in it. Hope to see you on the other forum, I will be setting eggs next week.

Keep as close to 55 degrees as you can but there is forgiveness there.
As said try to turn them once or twice a day.
Try to set within a week and no more than 2.
