I am moving and have 3 half gallon and one full gallon of water glassed eggs. The road between my current home and the new one is not the best. How do I safely transport them without having them break? Do I need to put them all in cartons until I arrive?

Maybe you could put the containers in a few large boxes on the floor or in the back seat? With packing peanuts, or packing paper?

The jars? Or the eggs? As long as the eggs are under water, they shouldn't move fast enough to crack.
Thanks! I will take one jar down and see how it goes. I was hoping they would be floating enough to not crash into each other.

@sassione Did your eggs arrive intact? I'm in the same situation. Not so worried about normal vehicle speeds, but the acceleration and deceleration that may happen along the way.

How and why do you water glass eggs. I might learn something here.
For long-term storage. Or at least so you have eggs through the winter while your hens are taking a break. There are threads telling how it's done.
