Questions about manure and eggs during Tetracycline treatment

The girls are going through a three to five day treatment for some coughing. It seems to be going well.

Can I use the manure down the road in the garden?

Can I cook up the eggs and give them back to the birds I am treating? Would make sense as I don't want to waste them.

Also, could you incubate some of those eggs if they are fertilized? Just wondering?

Waste not want not.
