Questions about molting

I have 4 khaki Campbells, and 2 have been molting for 4-6 weeks. When will it end? I see new feathers coming in, but not all of the flight feathers. I think that a third is starting. I am missing the eggs!

Molting usually takes around 6 weeks. But it may be a little longer than that before they come back into lay.
