So I sprinkled food on the bottom of the brooder and I have shown them the water. Is there anything else I should be doing? They have their light and they are on paper towels.

Congratulations on your new babies! Sounds like you have everything in order. Now, just plan on taking the next three days off work to stare at them adoringly 24/7, lol.

I've already been doing that along with taking pictures and videos

Watch your temp closely. You should start at 95 degrees quail head height. Lower it by 5 degrees each week til 5 or 6 weeks old. Don't cover the top of the brooder with anything but a screen or wire so you have good heat and oxygen exchange. Use a brooder with solid sides such as a cardboard box or plastic tote. You don't want any drafts. Enjoy them!
