Questions about pekin bantams

I went and bought a pair of two week old pekin bantams and now they're roughly 7 weeks old. I was told by the breeder that they could possibly have a small amount of Belgian d'uccle in them, which I think is the case for the coloured one, at least. I have a couple questions about them which I've been wondering about.
1. How large are pekins supposed to be at 7 weeks? These two are tiny compared to all the other chickens I've raised before at this age. Even my previous bantams were larger than they are now.
2. Is it too soon to tell the gender of them? I think the black one might be a pullet and the other a roo but I'm not certain.
Here's some pics

They've had a pretty big day outside with my two silkie chicks and now they're ready to cuddle :)

Perkins are bantams so they are going to be small. Perkins are the smaller version of Cochins. The buff is a boy and the black is maybe a boy too.

Thanks heaps, I was worried they'd be both boys but I have a broody incubating some more pekin eggs so it's not so bad. I'll just have to wait a few more weeks to be able to tell their gender :jumpy

My Pekin bantam boys all had huge combs and wattles by 6 weeks old, and they were all crowing.

Yours aren't showing any signs of wattle development and the darker colours in Pekins often look pinker in the comb. Our black mottled girl had a pink comb from very early on and I was convinced she was going to be a he.

Update:
I know it's only been a few days since I first posted this thread, but the chicks combs have grown quite a bit in that little while and their wattles are starting to show. I'm 99% certain the buff one (Bo) is a roo, though I'm not sure about the black one (Puddle). I hope Puddle is a hen so I'll let other people have a look :)
Photos. They're currently living with my two silkie chicks. There's also my isa browns, Henrietta and Clarice, hanging around their outside run
