I don't have a lot of pig experiance, but I know the ivomec wormer I buy for my cattle has dosage on it for pigs. As for the vaccinations, I have no idea, we had pigs growing up, but I'm pretty sure my dad bought them after all that was done, and we just fattened and ate them. Maybe you could call a vet!
I'm also a big fan of pulling up a chair at the local feed store an just talk to people that come in. Chicken people like to talk chickens. Pig people like to talk pigs. That has been an always will be the best local resource for farmers.
We give our pigs garlic powder each month to keep them worm free. That's the most popular organic method that I know of.
If you don't care about organics and aren't going to butcher soon, you can pick up ivermec for swine and cattle at TSC. You'll buy a bottle that will last you a looonnnnggg time. My local owned feed store sells ivomec by the dose, which costs under a dollar, so you might want to look at that option too.
