1) What type of bird , age and weight.- silkie, 9 months old, about 1 pound
2) What is the behavior, exactly. lethargic, incoordination, falling over, back onto her hocks
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms? her just today but my other silkie mix has had this for at least a week
4) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.- no signs of trauma
5) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.- I don't know
6) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.- I have pellets and there is water available at all times
7) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.- Haven't seen silkies poo but the silkie mix has been pooing lite brown poo with white urates and then watery urates and not much poo

8) What has been the treatment you have administered so far? silkie presenting today- nothing, silkie mix- food/hydration, pedilyte, vasoline on legs(just in case scaly leg mites) although I doubt it would cause falling over????
9 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet? I'd like to treat them myself if possible. It was $200 last visit with my chicken
10) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.- I don't have one
11) Describe the housing/bedding in use- insulated coop, pine shavings on floor, DE used occasionally

Last month I had a fecal done on the silkie mix and it was negative.
