Questions hatching duck eggs

Hello today is my 25 day incubating duck eggs and yesterday I notice that there was a black dot on the egg and it also looks like the duckling is on one side of the egg and the other side all i see is yolk is this normal

Also today I noticed that the air sacks suddenly enlarged and I see more movement near the air cell what does this mean

These are runner duck eggs I think the egg with the black dot that I can also see the yolk on one side and the duckling on the other might not make it I think it's upside in the egg

The duckling will start internally piping & the air sac will increase in size when it gets closer to the hatch date, so if you are seeing more movement at the air sac then they are starting to internally pip

Thanks so I am worird because it is the only one that has internally pipped yet and it's almost day 26 is this normal

Went ok only got 2 out of 4 but doing well day 6
