Hello! This is my first post so I'm not sure exactly how everything works, but I'll try to give as many details as possible.

We purchased a batch of Sussex pullets just a few months ago, it was originally a group of 13, but we noticed many of them weren't acting well after about a month and a few died. We believe it may have been coccidiosis, which we treated with the liquid Corid solution in the amounts and period of time recommended by Backyard Chickens. Unfortunately, it was too late for many of them and we lost 6.

Of the remaining 7, most of them now seem to be acting fine now, but 2 of them just seem to acting off. They drink lots of water but rarely eat food unless the others are around eating, in which they lightly peck. Stools seem to be mostly liquid, and they just lack all motivation or energy to do anything. They aren't old enough to be laying yet, and there aren't any males around them to be breeding them.

We have around 40 other chickens in our main coop, which we tried to introduce the group to, but the 2 who don't move tend to be picked on by the older ones, so they are currently separated. All of our chickens have access to food and water at all times, as well as grass most of the time. The group of 8 currently has access to grass at all times, and we have raised them on medicated feed after the period the bags recommend not to give that type of feed.

All of this being said, I just would like to know if any of you have suggestions on what to do. I hate seeing them this weak, and I think something needs to be done. Could it still be coccidiosis? Have they been eating something wrong? Thank you for any information you can give :)

How old are the young Sussex? How long have you had them and how long since the Corid dosing ended?
What are they eating?
They would be just over 3 months now, as we purchased them at 1-3 days old back in March. Dosing ended almost 3 months ago after we did the 5 days of 2tsp per gal, followed by a week of 1/2tsp per gal. We bought from a more local shop, so the feed is brand Central Farm Supply/Triple Trust Feed. We've bought Purina food before, but not for this round of chick's. They also have access to our yard, so they eat grass and any insects they can catch 😆

So being on your property for 3 months since the course of Corid, it is unlikely their current issue is coccidiosis.
Not the brand of feed but type (starter/grower/layer/all flock etc.)
Meaning crude protein% and calcium %.
Are you in Kentucky?
If so, here are a couple options for an avian necropsy should you lose another bird while multiples seem to be sick.

That is what I figured, but the symptoms are very similar from what I can tell. We are in Indiana, and we have a family vet who we would take them to, just wanted to see if anything could be done before resorting to that. We have fed mostly starter, and a little layer feed, I'm unsure on protein and calcium %s without checking the bags.
