Questions on some treats...

I am finding things that my chicks might like, but first I need to know if it safe for them. the first one I saw was flightless fruit flies. Would that be ok or no? Also, I saw GIANT mealworms.

Both should be fine. Mine love mosquitoes. When I go into the run, the mosquitoes crowd around my legs and the girls think it's a treat buffet.
They also love the occasional plain popcorn or cooked spaghetti noodles.

nice. At three weeks old or do I have to wait til they are older?

A few treats here and there won't hurt. Just make sure they have access to some grit. I give popcorn or pasta about once a week. I also freeze left over watermelon for a cool treat. They love that, too. Be sure their treats are only a tiny percentage of their diet.
Mine probably get treats 2-3 times a week.
