Chirping
Im back again with more questions. I had only one chick hatch, and she (I dont know what it is yet but to make it simple) is still a little damp from hatching, like her head, back, and tummy look wet.
Should I change the humidity level so she dries quicker? How much is it ok for the humidity to rise or lower if no one is home to tend to it?
How long after she dries fully before I need to take her out? (She hatched around 5ish-pm yesterday (wednesday), and I wont be home til late tomorrow)
Any tips on pairing up a chick and a hen? (Seven 6 month old hens, and one 7 month old hen thats her mother, also is the top hen)
And what kind of stuffed animals should I have in the brooder for before I pair her with a hen? Like fuzzy and such? Something she can crawl under?
Thank you ahead of time for your guy's help, hopefully next time I incubate I have more luck.
