I have 4 toms and 2 hens bourbon reds.. should i separate them.. Plus i want to incubate some eggs so should i keep them together.

I would keep your best looking tom with your hens and seperate the others.

Will reduce the fighting and will have better fertility and less chance if an injured hen.

As one tom will try to mate others will try to climb on as well.
