I love all my chicks of course....but i must say the buff orpingtons are the friendliest and the smartest of all of mine. I also hear they are very winter hardy.

I am almost settled on getting buff orpingtons, on this site there have been many people recommending them. I am still deciding if i should just get chickens or change the law.

can i use some sort of wood poles instead of chicken wire for the floor?
