2.I have goat heads in my yard and expecting ducklings in a week what should I do to my yard while they are in the brooder
3. Is a regular light bulb fine or should I spend the money on a heat light bulb
3.I'm expecting two ducklings how big of a bag of starter should I buy
4. I have whey left over from making cheese can i put a little in their water if yes how much
I have lots more questions I'll leave you with these for now

I'm just hatching my first ducks so I can't answer most of your questions from experience so I will leave those for the experts. But if the air cells are looking small, you should mist the eggs with a water bottle twice a day. Don't soak them, just a nice mist. And water about 99 degrees F would be a good idea. Or about the same degree as you're running your incubator on. The water actually helps them lose the excess water inside and makes more room for a nice air cell. Odd I know. Add water to make them lose liquid.

Dont give ducks Whey is can harm them a bit like stomach ach and stuff terrible for a duckling potectialy deadly,

A bag for two just get a 5 pound bag
For the light bulb yeah just use a real light bulb no the eco friendly kind the bright light can damage there eyes, and have a covering over the bulb where its more of warmth than bright light there eyes are really sensitive so be careful when exposing them to it,
like heads off the animal goat , i dotn know what goat heads are sorry. :)

Just let the humidity stay because when there hatching if its to dry they can get stuck in the shell.

What type of ducks? if muscovy they take longer up to 38 days

We have goat heads here. Nasty things. They're weeds that have little balls with very sharp points all over them that get stuck to everything!!
