What diseases might cause blindness, skinny/underweight and slight head bob In younger chuckens?

If a chicken cannot see well or is blind in one or both eyes, they may not get enough to eat and drink which could cause weight loss. Can you take a picture of each eye in good light? Has the chicken had trouble with wry neck or a hard time keeping the head up?

There are cataracts, eye injuries, infections, respiratory diseases, and Mareks disease which can cause blindness or eye changes.
