I am going to try to make this as short as possible because I say it a lot:

I am getting 3 polish fertile eggs to put under a broody hen in spring, so she can raise them. I already had most of my questions answered except for one I just remembered to (forgot to earlier) ask. How do you put the eggs under her? Like a certain way down/up, or does it not matter?

As far as i know and my experiences it doesnt matter. Just lay them under momma flat and she takes care of the rest. You can mark them if you want so you can see tnat she ia turning/moving them. But i have always just stuck them right under her and presto baby chicks(i wish it was that fast! Waiting for them to hatch takes FOREVER!!! They are worth the wait but just so excited to see them!!:jumpy:jumpy:jumpy)
