This is really good

1/2 of spam chopped
1 large fresh tomato chopped
3 hard boiled eggs chopped

mix and eat

I never eat Spam at home, but any time I've ever gone camping, I crave a fried Spam sandwich!

Your recipe looks much healthier, with the tomato and egg.

Just curious because I have two cans of spam in my pantry from when my oldest son still lived at home, this recipe sounds good but do you mix any kind of condiment in it? mayo or something?

It is very rare but there are times when a fried spam sandwich with mayo and fresh tomato cannot be beat!
