Quick egg question

Hello i have 3 RIR that are 32 weeks old and 1 of them is laying. Today there was another egg but a different shade? The laying hen started Monday layed Wednesday and today. (Every other day)so I was just wondering is this normal for her egg to be a different shade? Or is it another hen? Thanks! The one on left was layed Wednesday and the right was layed today. The left egg was the same color as her first one.

Can vary until they get the egg machine working regularly.

Most likely the same chicken because it follows the pattern of every other day and egg shells from the same bird can vary a lot in shades.

The color coating can darken after the first few eggs....then can fade back out as the laying cycle progresses. Nothing to worry about.

Those egg have the same shape, shape doesn't change much like color can, so I'd say same bird laid them both.
