My two Asterlorp chicks were born late Sunday night - I took these photos early this morning. So Aprox 36 hours old.

First chick - with yellow band

Second chick - without band

I really appreciate any input- we lost power for 3 days due to our Boston Storm. I lost many eggs in the incubator because of this and I’m hoping these two survivors are girls.

Wing feather sexing doesn't work on any breeds.
Its like sex links. You cross two breeds to make a hybrid that can then be feather sexed.
You have to cross a fast feathering breed rooster to a slow feathering breed hen. In the offspring cockerel chicks will be slow feathering while pullets will be fast feathering.
