quick help needed with my confused hatching math - 21 day count down starts?

If I put the eggs under my broody hen tonight... will they hatch on Sunday February 19th? or Monday the 20th?

When I count 21 days out from tomorrow morning, it lands on a sunday.. would it be sunday morning they're supposed to hatch?? That would be far more ideal than Monday.

The easiest way, for me, to figure is this:
If I set at noon on Sunday, they should hatch around noon on Sunday (in 3 weeks).

However, I have found they are usually finishing up around that time, so be prepared a day earlier.

Mine have been a little on the slow side, so it can vary between incubators- I set my eggs at 10am on a Saturday, and had my eggs hatch between 7pm Saturday and 2pm Sunday.



The eggs I have incubating now were set at 8pm on Sunday, and I'm figuring most will hatch Monday (that would be NEXT Monday). Stay tuned.
