i know it all depends but how many jumbo cortunix do u think would fit in 15'' x 12''?

ive been looking for quail cage housing system to copy when i couldnt find a setup i liked so i decided to make my own system

that's basically 1ft by 1ft, so I'd say probably only at the most a trio. I have mine in 2ft by 2ft and am easily able to fit up to 5 -6 birds depending on their size but when you get down to 1 by 1 it just starts gettin a lil too small for any large quanity. so yep id' say at the most a trio.

thank you, saw some plans that said a 30'' x 24'' pen would fit 25, but i was thinking of cutting that size in half and doing some other weird stuff to it lol, i dont really think im up for housing males together again (was a big fight one time and i dont want that again)
