quickly opening incubator??

hello guys i can hear c one egg crying and moving but cannot see where it pipped!! should i roll the egg with a lean stick where i will insert

I'm not really sure what you're saying here but with the pattern on quail eggs and how small they are it can be hard to see the pip. I would just leave it be. You can open the brooder and see if you can find the pip and place the egg with the pip up if you really want but the chick will most likely figure it out without you.

it pipped at the wrong end and ive had a previous hatch where it too pipped at the wrong end and then did not hatched

Sounds good. It would be helpful if you kept everything in one thread rather than starting multiple. That way the people who are watching can help rather than trying to sort through a lot of different but almost the same posts.
