Quieter rooster breeds?

I'd love to have a rooster, but I can't because of neighbors. Anyone have any ideas of a quiet rooster breed?

If you can't have a a rooster because of neighbors than I personally wouldn't advise it. It can be quite the task rehoming roosters which could happen with a specimen of any breed because there will always be exceptions to "Quiet" breeds.

I have 2 neighbors that want me to have a rooster. The rest I haven't asked.
