Quietest Rooster Breed

My quietest roo was a Partridge Rock roo....he rarely crowed, usually just one or two times of a morning and that was it...nice muted crowing. Loved that roo!!!

Thanks guys. I am trying to convince my dad to let me get a rooster but he says there way too noisy. i will use these breeds to try to persuade him. Thanks again!!

I have 3 Brahma roosters who crow loud, long, from 4 in the morning to about 6 at night. Brahmas being quiet is a myth as far as I am concerned....however, they are handsome, tolerant and friendly.
