I've always wanted to quilt, but don't have any experience. Do the blocks have to be hard ones? Or can they be beginner ones with cute chicken fabric? I have three weeks off starting on the 15th.

I don't know how to quilt but my aunt knows, maybe she could help me. I cross stitch so maybe I could do some cross stitch ones for the quilt. My aunt made me a blanket that had all of my dogs (dead and alive, thats abunch of dogs, lol). She cross-stitched the dogs then made them into a big purple quilt. Don't count me in but maybe next time if I learn how to do it.
