I need to finish mine today too. I have them almost done and then got busy and there they sit..lol I guess that is why they are that much more to the heart, the time it takes to make them.. Jenn

I need to run to the PO to get a prepaid priority mail envelope and I will send mine on.

Remember, postage is going up on May 12.

If you are sending your squares before May 12, be sure to check the USPS site so that your return envelope has proper postage in order not to stick Miss Prissy with added postage costs.

Can you still join? I have lots of cloth and I haven't been dsoing much sewing so this would be a great way to get back into my hobbie.

I thought if I could do this it would be a great present for my grannie's birthday, may just have to wait until christmas though. She will be 80 on May 17, and she had a full mastectamy on Wed. She has handle this well she found out 3 weeks ago and has been a true trooper. We will know about the lyphm nodes today. She is supposed to coming home tomorrow. Since I live so far away I couldn't take the time off, I just called and bugged my mom every hour. She is the only grandparent I have left. So I think it would be pretty cool for her to get a quilt from me and all my BYC family members. God has blessed us with her love for so long, I can only pray we will have many more memories with her.

OK, I am done with the sewing and the ironing.. Man I hate ironing the seams..lol How many of you are putting your name or other sign for you block on it and with what. I bought a nice paint pen that is for cloth but I am so worried about screwing up..lol How many are not marking thiers at all. Here is what mine look like. Jenn

I got mine from Walmart and I got a nice paint pen from there too. I too am scared to mess up the block when I go to put my screenname, name, state and date on there.

I figured we will have a few of the same materials here and there..lol I just put Jenn and IA on mine. Then of course I almost put it to far down on the block, I almost forgot the seam allowance..lol I practiced on a scrap until I was used to it. Cant wait to see everyone elses. Jenn
