should i leave it like this or mix the patterns up and should i add a border?

I think it is cute, and like the two by two, and the careful fussy cutting you've taken the time to do.

The only change I'd make is unsew the two top far left blocks and put them on the other end so you didn't have pinks meeting pinks.

Thanks....lol, didn't notice that but i think i will have to change all the ones with dora on them to fix it.

That is such a cute quilt!! Good job!! it will be treasured I'm sure.

I think I would do a border on it. It won't need much of a border, even a 1-inch solid or tone-on-tone fabric with a contrasting binding to give it a finished edge.

I had made a quilt for a nephew who loved it to death and I wished more than once that I had put a little border on it so I could trim and rebind the quilt as he wore it out. I ended up cutting into the blocks to fix frayed edges. He loved it alot! and at one point wouldn't go to bed without it, so being able to do a quick easy fix would have been a big help for my sister.
