I had to compromise with my husband and he built a HUGE coop/run for my birds. If I let them out they must stay at the barn....or else! My chickens were pooping all over the front walkway and every chance they got they were in the garage. Two of them insisted jumping on the hood of my husbands car and sliding down! I tried putting pepper around my house and it did nothing. I seriously need to re-landscape my whole front.
