LOL the 3 S's... well I guess alot of that goes on really - if your realistic! I think defending livestock doesn't come into it really.

Couldn't agree more!

I agree 100%, its nice to hear others do.

I, myself, and proud to say I knew what a Quoll was! Years of watching The Crocodile Hunter helped me on that one, lol. They are adorable little guys. Im so sorry about your losses. Hopefully you can get something figured out, because being that they are Endangered, it would be horrible to kill any of them.

i have just posted under new members regarding what I presume to be a quoll attack, have now lost three out of five of my chickens aged around 12 weeks although for the first time I have evidence that it was probably a quoll and seemingly judging by the rooster's fuss in broad daylight today. Leg broken at joint and devoie of skin, and all meat eaten around the neck area. Just going back to the chook shed to try to figure out just how this animal got in. I havent seen one here but my neighbour does feed a quoll at night!! Very sad. Given that last year I lost a goose to three wedge tail eagles, I just have to remind myself that these natives need food too. Greetings from Abels Bay Tasmania
