When I was a little girl, my grandmother had her laying hens in a quanset. The nests were there. The girls ran in a fenced area with the door open to free range during the day. Does anyone know where I can get plans for a quanset? I think hers was like a 12 x 14 one. Thank you!

quonset buildings can still be bought as kits and assembled.

if you dont want the full metal buildings you can go with a high-tunnel type building that feature fabric/plastic covers instead. A little less expensive and quicker to install and eayser to setup.

we have ordered from farmtek before and like them

cater more toward commercial type setups than home owners but should feature the type of building your looking for.
