Hello everyone. Love the quotes today. Very uplifting and positive which is what I need today. Cross your fingers for us. We are setting up for another afternoon of severe thunderstorms. Yesterday we had wind, heavy rain and golfball sized hail. I managed to get our birds inside just before it hit and we were really lucky. The storm that hit us moved north and hooked into another storm and did all that damage in south Oklahoma. We will sure be glad when the weather gets back to normal.

Oh my goodness. You take care to stay out of it..so glad you got your birds in before it hit. Big hail, and I thought our thunderstorm the other night was big. Take Care!

Oh my heck, 80 unread posts! I'll catch up later, I just wanted to say thank you, your good wishes worked again! We found somewhere to move to from here!!!! 2 Cottages @ a ridiculously low rent! And there is an old duck pen we can move the chickens into. It's the perfect solution for our interim stay and for MIL. DH knows the owner, who is really nice and it's in a lovely area too. I don't have words to describe how grateful and relieved I am right now...

I'll pop in again and try to catch up with you all when I have more time. Love you all

Reminds me of my conversation last night about the trees we've planted versus the ones still in the mail. I must be patient for them to grow

At our age, we think trees? We think, how fast do they grow. We want to see them at a decent size before we .. go.

My neighbors stopped by last night and the wife pointed out a line of trees they had planted when they were married about 40 years ago. On one hand I was amazed at how large something can grow from such a tiny seed...on the other I was hoping in 40 years we'd have a big ole' forest going
